What do I need to provide for you to get started?
Fill out the contact form below. Our team will get in touch to pre-vet your site if it’s a good fit. During the onboarding process, we will ask for the following:
- WordPress admin access
- Google Analytics, Google Search console access
- Past work done (e.g., keyword research, content plans, etc) [optional]
- P&L to understand where revenue is coming from [optional]
That’s all we need to start managing your site.
How often do you provide updates?
We like to provide a weekly update on progress. We also like to update when a large task is completed or when we need your input on something.
We over-communicate as opposed to under-communicate.
How do I reach support after hiring?
If you have questions or concerns, you will have access to a ticketing system where you can leave us a message. We will respond in less than 24 hours.
What’s required to perform due diligence?
We require the following to perform due diligence:
- Access to Google Analytics, or other traffic analytics platforms being used
- Access to P&L spreadsheet
- If needed, connection to the broker or private seller to ask questions and receive data/screenshots
Do you provide content & backlinks in your management plans?
We like to separate out the management fee and the growth budget. That way you can see exactly how much you are spending on each portion. For each site, we will work with you to set a growth budget for content and backlinks over the course of a time period.
Each site is different and hence each site has a different growth budget.
We are transparent in how we use the growth budget. We do not mark up any growth costs (i.e., content, backlinks, etc); these are passed on to you as-is from vendors with receipts.
